It was a hot and humid run, but with good company and good motivators. It was my first run over the new Main Street Connector. Slight, slow incline - very nice.

Not a bad short run. Very hot and humid. My Garmin battery died along the way so I had to estimate my distance. At least my ankle and legs feel good.

This was my first run in 3 weeks after an ankle injury. New sneakers seemed to have helped. No ankle pain, just the heat did me in a bit.

This will be my second run at the Myrtle Beach half marathon. My first run was at 2:30:53. My goal is to finish in 2:15.
